It is important that any seam or inlaid line failures are repaired as soon as they become apparent.
Delaying repair work is a health & safety hazard for users and can also cause deterioration and stress on other sections of carpet. It is also a false economy to postpone repair work – a lifted seam can be re-stuck for much less than it will cost to replace a full seam, and with less hassle, too.
Technical Surfaces can remove failed components and insert new sections of carpet, shaving down the pile to achieve a near-perfect finish.

Summer is also the best time of year for your synthetic pitch to benefit from a deeper clean of its granular infill.
An infill clogged with contaminants (e.g. decomposed leaves, vegetation, dirt and debris) can cause your pitch’s drainage capabilities to slow down, as well as leaving the surface feeling hard underfoot and affecting playing qualities such as ball roll and bounce.
Technical Surfaces’ deep-cleaning Revite® can help to improve the performance levels of your surface by using specialist machinery to agitate the surface and decompact the top 5-10mm of infill, removing contaminants whilst helping to lift the fibres that can flatten over time.
To achieve the best results and ensure an effective separation of contaminants, conditions must be as dry as possible. Therefore, our Revite® is generally carried out from April to September.
